Terms & conditions

These terms apply to your use of propertyvector.co.uk (the “website”). PropertyVector is a trading name of Arturs Radionovs (“PropertyVector”, “we”, “us”), a sole trader based in England and Wales. Our address for correspondence is Flat 2, Alban Court, West End Lane, Barnet EN5 2SA.

By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

These terms cover the website only. Access to the PropertyVector CRM, automation, property-feed, website and bespoke development services will be governed by a separate written agreement between us and your agency, together with a data processing agreement.

If there is a conflict between these terms and that agreement, the agreement will take precedence.

PropertyVector is in development. The website describes features we plan to build, and how we expect them to work. Descriptions are given in good faith but are not a commitment that any feature will be delivered, delivered in a particular form, or delivered by a particular date.

Integrations with Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket and other third parties are subject to the agreements and approval of those third parties.

You agree not to:

• use the website in a way that breaks any law or regulation;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected system;
• introduce viruses or other harmful material, or attack the website through a denial-of-service attack;
• use automated tools to copy or extract content from the website in bulk without our permission.

We may suspend or withdraw all or part of the website at any time, for example for maintenance. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or free from errors.

We own, or are licensed to use, the intellectual property in the website and its content, including the PropertyVector name, logos, text, design and software. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but you may not copy, adapt or republish the content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket and other third-party names are trade marks of their respective owners. Their mention does not imply endorsement or partnership.

Content on the website is general information about PropertyVector. It is not legal, financial or professional advice and should not be relied on as such. We try to keep it accurate and up to date but make no guarantee that it is complete or current.

The website may link to websites run by others. We have no control over those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law.

The website is provided free of charge for business information. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website.

We use personal data as described in our privacy policy. Your rights over your data are explained on our GDPR page.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Please check this page when you use the website.

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the website, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
